£750 · one operational area · about 3 working days
For when the work gets done, but you suspect it depends on the wrong things: one person, one spreadsheet, a lot of chasing. We look at how it actually runs, then tell you what's worth changing and what isn't.
Operational Diagnostic
£750 · one operational area · about 3 working days
What you receive
A map of how the work actually runs today, workarounds included
The friction points, and the places that depend on one person
What happens under pressure: someone off, a busy week, a last-minute change, missing information
Prioritised recommendations, each marked as one of: leave as it is · change the process · use an existing tool better · automate or connect · build something new
A walkthrough call to go through it together
If you go ahead with implementation within 30 days, the full £750 is credited against the first phase.
Thirty minutes, no preparation. You'll know by the end whether there's anything worth doing.
Implementation
£2,000 to £6,000 per module, priced individually
A module is one clearly defined change: scheduling and cover, job evidence and sign-off, weekly reporting, or another workflow. Each one is scoped and priced in writing before it starts, so you decide one step at a time.
Process and procedures
The job doesn't depend on who happens to be in.
Better use of what you already have
Make the existing system carry the work it's meant to.
Automations and integrations
Stop copying and pasting between tools.
Internal tools and bespoke software
Small screens built for one job, when existing tools can't hold it.
What you own
Anything built specifically for you is yours.
Reusable foundations stay ours and are licensed to you.
Your data is always yours, and you can export it at any time.
You should never feel trapped by something we built.
Some jobs don't need a diagnosis. You already know the task that eats an hour every week. We set up a simple AI assistant to do the heavy lifting, show you how to run it, and hand it over.
How it works
1
Short fit call
You describe the task. We tell you honestly if it's a fit. If it isn't, you don't pay.
2
We build it
Instructions for the assistant, plus a plain step-by-step guide your team can follow.
3
One-hour setup call
We run it together on a real example and adjust it until it works.
You get
The assistant instructions
A step-by-step guide you keep
The setup call
30 days of fixes if something stops working
Good examples
Turning job notes into client update emails
Drafting quotes from your template
A weekly summary from a spreadsheet
Sorting and replying to routine enquiries
A good fit when
The task repeats every week
The inputs are text, emails or files
One person does it today
Not a fit when
Your systems need to be connected together
It involves customer or staff personal data on a personal AI account
It's really a bigger workflow in disguise
If it turns out to be bigger, we'll say so. That's usually a Diagnostic conversation.
It runs on your own AI assistant account. We'll tell you which plan suits the kind of information involved.
Thirty minutes to check it's a fit. If it isn't, you don't pay.
Questions
Do I need a Diagnostic before implementation?
Usually, yes. If the change is already clearly defined, we can scope a module directly. We'll tell you which on the call.
Can I start with the £299 offer and do a Diagnostic later?
Yes. Sometimes fixing one task shows how much else runs the same way.
Is the Diagnostic worth it if we don't implement anything?
That's the point of it. You get a written map and recommendations you can act on yourselves or hand to anyone.
Do you recommend your own software?
Sometimes. Connect, built by our sister company Modulinc, handles clocking and absence for cleaning teams. If it fits, we'll say so. If something you already use does the job, we'll say that too.
Not sure which one fits?
That's what the first call is for. Thirty minutes, no preparation needed.
